SAMOSA PINWHEEL

INGREDIENTS:

Maida : 100 gms
Boiled and mashed potatoes : 200 gms
Spices as desired  ( turmeric powder , garam masala , dry mango powder , red chilly powder )
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying  + 1 tbsp for making dough +  1 tbsp for making potato mixture

Method

1. Sieve the maida , add salt and 1 tbsp oil , mix well ,use water to make a dough .(dough should not be very hard or very soft )
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan , add all the spices as per your taste and boiled and mashed potatoes ., salt and mix very well .Cook for 5 mins on low flame and remove .
3. Allow to cool .

4.Make balls from the dough
5. Roll the dough little larger than the size of a paratha .
6. Spread the potato mixture on the rolled dough evenly .Donot spread the mixture an the edges of the rolled dough .
7. Now , holding any one side , start rolling the dough towards the opposite end of the circle .
8. Trim the two corners with knife .
9. Divide the rest of the roll into 4- 5 parts .

10 . Deep fry these pinwheels in hot oil on medium flame .

11. Serve Hot .
