ALOO ANARDAANA

Ingredients :

Baby Potatoes : half kg
Dry Pomogranate Seeds : one tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil : 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder : a pinch
Corainder Powder : 1 tsp
Sambhar Masala : 1 tsp
Chole Masala : 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder : half tsp
Fresh Pomogranate Kernel : 2 tbsp
Fresh Corainder Leaves : 2 tbsp



Method :
1. Boil the baby potatoes .
2. Remove the peel . If the potatoes are slightly bigger , dice them .
3. Heat oil in a pan.Add dry pomogranate seeds , saute for a min and then add all the spices .

4. Add baby potatoes  , mix well .

5. Cook covered on low flame for 12- 15 mins so that all the potatoes gets a coating of all the seasoning .
6.Garnish with fresh pomogranate kernels and serve .




Note : Other seasonings as per your taste can be added.
