ARBI K KABAAB

Ingredients :


Boiled Arum (Arbi ) : 200 gms
Pepper Corns :  5-8
Carrom Seeds (ajwain) : half tsp
Mint leaves : 8 -10
Corainder Leaves : 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying:


Method :

1. Dry roast pepper corn and ajwain on low flame for 4-5 mins .

2. Coarsely crush roasted peppercorns and ajwain .

3. Mash arbi , mix chopped mint leaves , corainder leaves ,salt and peppercorn mix.

4. Make a dough and divide into small balls .

5. Heat a griddle , pour some oil in the centre and spread it with the help of spoon .

6. Keep the balls on tava , Keep rotating them so that a cooked coating is formed .

7. Then flatten these balls on the tava with the help of a masher and cook well on both the sides .Flame should be kept between low to medium.

8.Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
