PAVBHAJI CUTLET

Ingredients :

Pavbhaji : half cup
Fresh Bread Crumb : one fourth cup
Pavbhaji Masala : half tbsp
Corainder Leaves : 2-3 tbsp
Green chillies : as per taste
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method :

1. Heat the bhaji of pav bhaji till it becomes dry .
2. Allow to cool .
3. Mix bread crumbs and all other ingredients  to make a dough .

4. Make small balls and refrigerate for 20 mins.If you wish , you can stuff small cubes of mozorella cheese to get cheesy bhaji balls .

5. Deep fry  and serve hot .
