CHANA CHAAT

Ingredients :

Chickpeas (kabuli chana ) : 100 gms
Boiled Potatoes : 4 medium sized
Onion : 1 large
Tomato : 2 large
Cucumber : 1
Tamarind chutney : 3 tbsp
Curd : 5 tbsp
Green Chutney : 3 tbsp
Baarik Sev : 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Finely Chopped Green Chillies : to taste
Papri : 8 - 10

Method :

1. Soak chickpeas overnight and boil with salt till soft .
2. Finely chop onions , tomatoes and cucumber . Cut the coiled potatoes slighlty larger in size than onions and tomatoes to prevent them from mashing .
3. Take a deep mixing ball , coarsely crush the papris with hand and put in the bowl .
4. Put all remaining ingredients other than baarik sev . Mix very well .
5. Chana chat is ready to serve . Serve with baarik serve .
