SPINACH CORN SANDWICH

Ingredients :

Spinach : 100 gms ( finely chopped)
Corn Kernels : 50 gms ( Boiled)
Flour : 3 tbsp
Butter : 3 tbsp
Milk : 150 ml
Salt to taste
Pepper Powder : half tsp
Cheese Cube : 1
Mozorella Cheese : 20 gms
Bread Slices : 4


Method:
1. Blanch spinach .( Keep it covered in a pan at low heat without water , it will release its own water and will get blanched)

2. Heat a pan , add butter , flour and roast till it turns light brown , add milk , spinach , corn , milk , salt , pepper and cheese cube .Stir till a thick stuffing like mixture is formed .Allow to cool .


3. Apply butter on bread slices . Put grated mozorella cheese , then spinach corn mixture and cover with other butter slice .

4. Roast either on a sandwich maker or a griddle till crisp . Serve with tomato ketchup.



Note :
1. Be careful with the stuffing .Put the stuffing on the centre of the bread slices not on the corners , otherwise the mixture will leak out .
2.Any bread can be used , white  or brown.
3.Be very careful while adding salt , spinach , cheese , butter , these things are salty by taste .halt tsp of salt will be sufficient here.
