Kurkuri Bhindi (Rajasthani style)

Ingredients :

Bhindi : 100 gms
Besan :  50 gms
Oil : 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Mixture of salt , turmeric powder , dry mango powder , corainder powder and red chilly powder : 2 tbsp
Onion Seeds : half tsp
Sambhar onions ( small whole onions or 1 medium sized onion thickly chooped) : 3 tbsp


Method
1. Cut the ladies fingers from both the ends and make a slit vertically .
2. Stuff the bhindes with spice mix .

3. Heat oil , add onion seeds , onions and besan . saute till besan becomes aromatic .

4. Add bhindies and cook covered till bhindies are done , process will take about 10 - 15 minutes on low flame .

5. Serve with naan or parathas.
