Grilled Gobi

Ingredients :

Cauliflower : 100 gms ( 1 small sized)
Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
Curd : 3 tbsp
Tandoori Masala : 1 tsp
Garam Masala : half tsp
Kasuri Methi : 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder : one fourth tsp
Oil for deep frying
Ginger garlic paste : half tsp
Finely chopped green chillies : half tsp
Chat Masala : one fourth tsp

Method :

1. Cut the gobi in small florets. Boil these florets in salt and turmeric water for 2 -3 mins.

2. Drain the florets and marinate them with lemon juice , tandoori masala , garam masala , green chillies, kasuri methi and ginger garlic paste . Marinade for 10 - 15 minutes .

3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these florets.

4. Mix little salt in curd and dip these fried florets in curd for 5 - 10 mins.

5. Grill these florets either in a sandwich maker or microwave or gas burner for 4 - 5 mins.

6. Sprinkle chat masala and serve
