MAVA CAKE

Ingredients :

Butter : 120 gms
Khoya : 150 gms
Condense milk : 200 gms
Flour : 160 gms
Baking Powder : half tsp
Baking Soda : half tsp
Milk : 75 ml
Vanilla Essence : half tsp



Method :

1. Mix butter , khoya and condense milk and beat well with beater .

2. Mix all the dry ingredients and sieve them .
3. Gradually  add the dry ingredient to the butter mix .Mix with hand part by part .
4. Add milk  slowly , mix with hand . The batter should not have dropping consistency like other cake batter. Should be little thicker .

5.Grease and dust the mould in which the cake has to be baked .Transfer the batter in mould .

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for around 20 mins .
