CHEESY POTATO SHORTS

Ingredienta :

Boiled an mashed potatoes : 3
Bread Slices : 4
Mozorella Cheese  grated : 20 gms
Corn Flour : 1 tbsp
Garam Masala : a pinch
Pepper : a pinch
Oregano : a pinch
Ginger , garlic and green chilly paste : 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for feep frying



Method :

1.Cut the sides of bread slices , dip the bread slices in water and immediately take out and squeeze.

2. Mix all the ingredients including bread  and make a dough.


3. Divide in small portions and give desired shape .

4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

5.Deep fry in medium hot oil on medium flame .

6. Serve hot .



Note  : This is very good recipes for those who  face problem of leaking cheese in cheese stuffed cutlets .
