CHEESE FONDUE

Ingredients:

Mozorella Cheese : 100 gms
Cheese Cubes : 2
Milk : half cup
Oregano : half tsp
Pepper : a pinch
Salt : a pinch
Butter : half tsp

Method :

1. Heat a pan , add butter , add all the ingredients other than milk .
2. Keep Stirring on low flame till cheese melts .
3. Add milk and keep stirring till a thick dip like consistency is formed.
4. Serve on a lit candle with bread sticks .



Note :
1. Low flame and continuous stirring , both are very important here , if the flame gets high , the cheese will sticks to the sides of the pan and burn . If stirring is not rigorous lumps may be formed .

2. Cheese fondue thickens if kept for some time , in that case add little milk and again put on low flame and stir for some time till it melts .
