FRIED ICECREAM

Ingredients:

Vanilla Icecream : 1 scoop
Corn Flakes : 50 gms

Method :

1. Coarsely crush the corn flakes in a mixer jar .
2. Take a scoop of vanilla icecream and coat it with crushed cornflakes .Coat very well ,icecream should not be visible only cornflakes coating should be seen .

3. Keep this coated icecream in freezer for one hour . increase the temperature of fridge during this one hour .
4. Take out the ball and deep fry in hot oil on high flame for 15 seconds only otherwise the icecream will start melting in the pan .

5. Serve with chocolate sauce .
