Ingredients :
Chena : 100 gms
Khoya : 50 gms
Powdered Sugar : half tbsp
Finely chopped almonds : 4
Method:
1.
Mash the khoya very well and mix sugar and
almonds .
2.
Make very small balls of this mixture .
3.
Divide the chena in six parts .
4.
Make tikkis of this chena and stuff the khoya
mixture and cover it properly , don’t allow any space
5.
Cook exactly like rasogullas .(same proportions
of sugar and water and same method).
