KANKAD KABAAB

Ingredients :

Boiled and grated potatoes : half cup
Grated cabbage : 2tbsp
Crated carrot : 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Garam Masala : one tsp
Chopped corainder : 1 tbsp
Yellow Moong Daal : half cup
'

Method:

1. Soak moong daal in water for 2 hrs .
2. Mix cabbage and carrot , add little salt in these and keep aside for 10 mins. After 10 mins squeeze the excess water from these in a muslin cloth .
3. Mix squeezed vegetables , potatoes , some salt , corainder and garam masala.. make small balls from these .

4.Drain  excess water from moong daal and allow to dry for some time .
5. Coat the kabaabs in moong daal and refrigerate for 1hr.

6. Deep fry in medium hot oil and serve


Note : Moong daal burns very quickly as it is small in size so carefully mantain the temperature of oil .
