ORANGE AND WHITE PARATHA

Ingredients:

For Parathas :

Wheat Flour : One Cup
Gram Flour ( Besan): Half Cup
Tomatoes : 2
Orange Food Color : 4-5 drops
chilly Flakes : one fourth tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee  One tbsp

For stuffing :

Paneer : 100 gms
Salt to taste
Finely chopped Corainder : 2tbsp
Finely chopped onions  : 2tbsp
Finely chopped green chillies : 1 tbsp

1. Crumble paneer , add salt , onion , corainder and green chillies and keep aside .

2.Crush the tomatoes in a mixer jar , add little water and orange food color in it so that this paste is sufficient to make the dough.
3. In a deep bowl , mix besan , wheat flour , salt , ghee , oregano ., knead this with tomato paste to a soft dough .

4. Take a small ball of the dough , stuff t with paneer mixture and roll to make paratha .
5. Roast parathas on a tava applying oil or ghee on both sides.
6.  Put a dollop of butter on paratha and serve with curd , papad , pickle.
