STUFFED BHINDI

Ingredients:

Lady's Finger : 100 gms
Paneer : 50 gms
Finely chopped onions : 3 tbsp
One Onion : cut in long strips
Finely chopped green chillies : 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Dry Mango powder : 1 tsp
Corainder Powder : 1tsp
Turmeric Powder : a pinch


Method:

1.Cut the lady fingers vertically and make the slit in the center for stuffing.

2. If the seeds of bhindis are thick remove ,some seeds  , if the seeds are small dont remove .
3. Mash paneer , mix onions , green chillies and salt with paneer .

4.Stuff this paneer in bhindis .

5. Heat a pan , add oil , add onion strips and saute till it beomes transparent .
6. Add bhndies and shallow fry  till done . Cook covered ..
6. Add seasoning to taste , salt , turmeric , corainder powder , Add dry mango powder just one min before removing from flame
