GULAB JAMUM PINWHEEL

Ingredients:

Vanilla Sponge Cake : 1 sheet ( cut from cake loaf)
Gulab jamun : 4
Coconut Powder: 1 tbsp

Method :

1. Take out jamuns from sugar syrup and crush them either with your hands or in a mixer grinder.Crushing in grinder gives good consistency.
2. Take a cake sheet , spread gulab jamun paste on it , sprinke coconut powder on it and roll the sheet as swiss roll cakes are rolled.

3. Cut slices of this roll and serve .


Note :In case you dont get whole cake loaf , you can take slice and join the edges applying little miilk ( to increase the length)
