BREAD RABRI:

Ingredients:

Milk : 500 ml
Bread: 2 slices
Sugar : half tbsp
Condense milk : 1tsp


For garnishing : cardamom power a pinch and almond flakes


Method:

1. Take a thick bottom pan and add milk , keep on low flame.
2. Keep stirring once in 5 mins so that the milk doesnot stick  to the pan.
3.After 20 mins take half bowl of this thicken milk.(entire procedure for making rabri will take 30 to 35 min)
4.Add 1 tspn condense milk to this milk.
5. Cut the edges of the bread slices and dip in this thicken milk and take out and squeeze.the slice .
6. Once the rabri is ready ,add sugar and stir for one min and remove from flame.
7. Allow rabri to cool for 5 mins.


Serving :

Take a plate ,place one bread slice , pour rabri on it , place second bread slice and put remaining
rabri. Garnish with cardamom powder and almond flakes
.
