HARA BHARA KABAB

Ingredients:

Boiled and mashed potatoes :  half cup
Spinach Leaves(palak) : 20 small sized
Corainder leaves finely chopped : 1tbsp
Garam Masala : half tsp
Chat Masala  :    half tsp
Green chilly : 1small
Fresh bread crumbs : one fourth cup
Salt to taste

Method
1. Carefully wash spinach leaves and squeeze out extra water.
2. Crush these leaves in a small mixer jar along with green chilly.

3. Mix boiled potatoes , spinach mixture, salt , garam masala ,corainder leaves and bread crumbs
.

4. Make around six cylindrical shaped balls from this.

5. Refrigerate for around 30 mins.
6. Deep fry these balls in hot oil on medium flame.
7. Take out on a paper towel

8. Sprinkle chat masala on these and serve with ketchup.

Note:
1. Refrigeration of raw kabab is best technique to prevent them from breaking during deep frying.
2.Potatoes should be boiled carefully, should not be overboiled,otherwise they will absorb lot of moisture.
