CHOCOLATE BALLOONS

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate : 50 gms
Vanilla icecream : 1 scoop
Strawberry crush : half tbsp
Some Mixed fruits
One balloon

Method:

1. Melt dark chocolate either using a microwave or a double boiler.
2. Inflate a balloon and tie it.
3. Dip the lower portion of balloon in melted chocolate.
4. Take out the balloon and allow to rest. put the tied porton of the balloon in any
    container so that the chocolate portion comes on top and it dries.

5. After 30 to 45 mins , check if the chocolate coating has become firm , blow the
    balloon with a needle .

6. Remove the balloon skin so that a chocolate basket is formed.

7. In this basket , put vanilla icecream , top it with strawberry crush and mixed fruits



Note :

1.If melting , the chocolate in microwave , microwave grated chocolate in intervals of
 30 sec, Donot microwave continuously , the chocolate will burn.
2.Taking out the balloon skin , needs practice , dont get dishearten if it doesnot happen
  at once .
3.Donot refrigerate the chocolate coated balloon , allow to cool on room temperature only.
4. This recipe is like chocobar icecream , just the presentation is different .
5. If the basket doenot comes out clean , trim its edges with scicors with very soft hands.
