SCHEZWAN RING CUTLET

Ingredients:

Boiled Mashed Potato : half cup
Mashed Paneer : one fourth cup
/Corn Flour : 2 tbsp
Schezwan Chutney : 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric : a pinch
Oil: 2 tsp

Method:

1. Mix all the ungredients in a bowl to make a dough.
2. If the dough is soft , more corn flour can be added.



3. Now make small balls from this dough.
4. Roll these small balls with the help of hand into long cylindrical shape.

6. Start rolling these cylindrical threads from one end to form a ring .



7. Shallow fry these rings on a hot tava with oil on slow flame for 5 mins , turning sides in
    between.
8. Rings are ready to serve , Serve with green chutney
