Cheese Fingers

Ingredients:

Mozorella Cheese : 50 gms
Milk :50 ml
Bread: 5 slices
Garam Masala: a pinch
Oil for deep frying


Method:

1. Cut strip of cheese of desired size and keep aside.
2. Remove the sides of the bread and crush the slices in grinder jar.
3. Add garam masala to bread crumbs.
4. Dip cheese strips in milk and coat these with bread crumbs.

5. Refrigerate these for 20 minutes.
6. After 20 min. repeat the coating process and again refrigerate for 20 mins.
7. Deep fry these  strips in hot oil on medium flame.


Cheese fingers are ready to serve

Should be served hot

Note: Two layers of coating is a must here , otherwise the cheese will ooze out in pan on frying .
