CHEESY MUSHROOM BITES


Ingredients:

Button Mushrooms: 100gms
onion:1small sized finely chopped
butter: 1tbsp
mozorella cheese:50 gms grated
cream cheese: 1tbsp
salt: to taste
oregano : 1tsp
black pepper: a pinch
dried parsley : a pinch (optional)

Method:

1. Wash the mushrooms and remove their stems and also remove the skin of mushrooms .
2.Remove the fibre inside the mushrooms with the help of a knife so that some place is formed for      stuffing .
2.Finely chop the stems of mushrooms.
3. Heat pan , add butter , onions and mushroom stems . saute on medium flame for 3 mins.
4.Remove from flame and add all the seasoning and both the cheese.
5.Stuff this mixture on the mushrooms.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins.
7. Those who dont have microwave , can cook on nonstick pan(cook covered) with little butter till cheese melts.
8. Cheesy mushroom bites are ready to serve.


Note : butter , cheese , mushrooms , most of the things used are salty in nature , so be careful while
adding salt , very little salt needed.
