BREAD STUFFED WITH CHOLE

Ingredients:

ChickPeas(kabuli chana) : 1 cup soaked overnight
Onions : 2 medium sized coarsely crushed
Tomato:   2 medium sized finely crushed
Oil : 2 tbsp
Chole Masala : 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder : a pinch
Salt to taste
Whole Bread loaf
Salt to taste

For Garnishing:

Curd: 1tbsp
Green chutney:1tbsp
Tamarind chutney:1tbsp
Finely chopped onion :1tsp
Pomogranate kernels :1tbsp
Baarik Sev :1tbsp

Method

1. Heat a pressure cooker , add oil , onions .
2. When onion becomes light brown , add tomoto pulp, when tomotoes are cooked
     add chickpeas , saute for 5 mins on medium flame, add 2 cups of water,salt turmeric
    powder,chole masala and pressure cook on medium flame for 12 to 15 mins , till chickpeas
     become soft.
3.  After opening the cooker , mix everything well with laddle , so that chickpeas are slightly
     crushed .
4.  For presentation , take a whole bread whole and scoop it out from the middle with the help
     of a knife
5. Sprinkle little water inside this basket .
6. Stuff this with chole .
7. Garnish with tamarind chutney , green chutney , curd, onions , baarik sev and pomogranate
    kernels.


8. Relish , its a complete meal in itself.



Note:

1.Whole Bread loaf are available in some bakeries  or one can get it by placing order .
2. In case you are not able to get such loaf , then pav bread or burger buns can be used .
