DAHI WALI BHINDI

Ingredients:

Ladies Finger : 100 gms (cut into small circles)
Curd : 100 gms
Jeera : 1tsp
Saunf: 1tsp
Kalaunji( Onion seeds) : 1tsp
Gram Flour ( Besan) : 3tbsp
Red chilly powder: 1tsp
Oil : 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder : one fourth tsp.
 Corainder powder : one tbsp

Method:

1. Heat pan , add oil , add jeera , saunf and kalaunji.

2. Add ladies finger , add all spices
3. Cook these ladies fingers on medium flame for 8 to 10 mins.
4. Dont cover the pan while bhindies are cooked .
5. When the bhindies are 80 percent done , add gram flour.
6. Keep cooking till both bhindies and besan are done completely.
7. Remove pan from burner.


8. Beat the curd.
9. Add this curd to bhindies, no further cooking needed.

Dahi Wali Bhindi is ready to serve , Serve with naan or paratha .


Note:1. If the bhindies absorbs all the curd , add little more whisked curd while serving
       
         2. Consistency of this vegetable should be like thick gravy not solid.
