MUSHROOM MASALA


Ingredients:

Button Mushrooms : 100 gms
Oil: 2tbsp
Jeera: half tsp
Onion : 1 medium sized
Tomato puree: 3tbsp
Ginger garlic paste : half tsp
Green chilly: half
Green Capsicum: finely chopped 1tsp
Cream: 1tbsp
Curd   :1tbsp
Milk : 50 ml
Cheese cube : 1(optional)
Kitchen king masala : 1tsp
Corainder powder : half tsp
Turmeric powder: a pinch
Kashmiri lal mirch : half tsp
Salt to taste

Method
1. Clean and blanch mushroom just for two mins.
2. Coarsely crush onion along with green chilly.
3.. Heat pan , put oil , when heated, put jeera , ginger garlic paste , onion paste.
4. When the onion changes colour, becomes light brown add all spices and tomato puree.
5. Now add mushrooms , saute for a min .
6. Remove pan from burner .
7. Add curd, cream , stir lightly so that everything mixes well without being curdle.
8.Keep the pan back on burner on low flame and add half cube of grated cheeese if its available.
9. Add milk and capsicum and cook covered on low flame for 5 min
10. garnish with remaining grated cheese and corainer leaves.
